what is this dark thing happening in Pudu KL?

I will be staying in various places around KL exploring the night life scenes and all next week . To my surprise one of my friend told me that there's this place around Pudu ,hotel richmoore which is like a brothel .
Is that true ? I thought most adult services were centered around Bukit Bintang , Chowkit and Haji Taib.

Are there many such hidden away brothels in KL that the police are aware yet let them run ?
Am curious . Thanks

It's basically a buffet mall of FLs. But, place is a bit run down. Mostly Viets and PRC working girls. Suggest you go with a local to show you the 'procedures'.
