TB is becoming a chop carrot zone. Wherever there are foreigners and the neighbourhood turns "hip", you know such change is inevitable. Few weeks back tried one shop after getting recomm from a bro and true enough the ML is spoilt and pricey.

Other similar "up-market" neighbourhood are RV, Srgn gdn, bukit timah - try to avoid for your wallet's sake
