It is not a crime to take photos in public as that is considered publicly available data excluding up skirts / down blouse etc.
not and offence to take pic in public, yes, e.g take a whole view of the whole MRT cabin, but i think if you pin point to a girl, like she covered 80% of the pic, i think is considered? I recall at least harassment as well? Cause I recall got girl report before.. cuz the guy take pic of her and the mrt window reflection allowed her to see..
i think got one more new rule is cannot take pic of girls butt also, this one pretty new, got butt, e.g back view (idk) like cannot right?
