I think you meant Linsen not Listen? More specifically Linsen North or林森北. It is far from a red light district, it is a actually a busy street with tons ongoing and is right in the heart of Taipei. It is true that a lot of KTVs happen to be around here.

I was three weeks in Taiwan. After some days, i went to the Wanhua district, I looked around first and after a while, I saw a thai woman in a small street between Kangding Road and Bangka Park. Just back from Taiwan. Pretty chill, didn’t expect much. But manage to link up with a Vietbu that used to work in SG. Luckily Taiwan rates for viet/siam is little bit cheaper than sg so saved a couple of bucks.

Agreed. Actually cheonging in Taiwan is quite expensive. For the ktv, even the viets if you want to bring out for bonk also will run into low thousands SGD.. Taiwan girls probably will set you up to 2k Sgd.

Here’s a summary review of the three Taipei spas (三溫暖) based on recent trip.

1. 天龍

Pros:
• Best location: Near Taipei Main Station, very convenient.
• Always crowded: Popular at all hours, strong business.
• Wide WL selection: Mostly Taiwanese and Mainland PRC Chinese.
• Full service: Includes cat bath and AR; nostalgic SG HC-style service.
• Clean despite age: Facilities are older but well-maintained (even better than HV or NZ in JB).
• Budget-friendly: 12 hours for 700 NTD; 5K NTD bulk purchase is good value.
• Strong local + Japanese customer base.
• Efficient system: Female captains, Japanese-speaking mamasans; queue-based WL system. I recalled calling to book for Ang pai but was rejected.
• Decent food: Proper kitchen and wait service. Only drinks is free, additional fee for menu items.
• Smoking room available: Better air quality than JB spas.

Cons:
• Massage not included in entry fee; additional charge.
• No advance phone booking for WL (must queue physically).
• Facilities outdated compared to others.

2. 亞太 Spa

Pros:

• Comfortable thicker quality robes and good sleeping facilities (Accidentally doze of in cinema after massage…wasted my hotel accommodation lol)
• Local and foreign WL available.

Cons:
• WL not as popular or attractive as TL.
• Smoking allowed in canteen: Unpleasant for non-smokers.


3. 喜都 Spa

Pros:
• Best overall facilities: Cleanest, most modern and canteen is so huge..like those PRC style massage facilities.
• Great for overnight stays: Hotel alternative.
• Young WL: Thai, Vietnamese, even some Malaysia Malay available

Cons:
• WL not as good-looking (after removing makeup).
• Less memorable service despite top facilities.

Verdict:
• For nostalgic, value-packed experience with lively atmosphere →天龍
• For better facilities and relaxing massage → 亞太
• For best stay-over comfort and cleanliness → 喜都
• Cheapest option for trying local WL in Taipei

I just came back from Taiwan, I also tried to find Taiwan girls to relax. I will share my experience at below. Basically can separated in 4 ways.

1, I went to the club with my friends. We manage to get girls out as my friends are Taiwanese and he bring girls to hang out with me. In this way u need to know how to talk to the girls and see your luck.

2, In Taiwan, we call it Tioa Tong and it’s a KTV style. If watch “Light the Night” then u will what am I talking about. It’s Japanese KTV style, you will be sited in private KTV room and order some alcohol. The girls will come into the room talk to you and provide you with emotional value by a praise you makes u happy etc.

3 Fix location. They will share infor at web site and add line. You go the hotel with the room number they provided. I can said all the girls are from Vietnam, Thai, Philippine and China. Very very rare have Taiwan girls work as this way.

4 In Taiwan people call it Tea delivery. You add agent in line and they will send you pictures. I can guaranteed u the photo all fake photo. The price is start from 6000 Taiwanese dollar. After tell the agent what type of girl u want and how much you want to pay, you book a room with a motel or hotel provide them the hotel name and room number. They will send the girl to you. If you satisfied, then she stay with you if not can reject with 100 Taiwan rejection fees to change another girl. I can said with 6000 you wonÂ’t get any good quality girl. May be old or fat or ugly which ever. I tried 1 time 6000 and I get old lady so I pay 100 reject the girl and change another one. But the following girl quite fat . Due to time constraints the hotel I book is only 2-3 hr and less than 1000 Taiwanese dollar. I just finish with the fat girl as her looks okok just plus size.

I ordered one 12k to my Taipei hotel and was expecting something stunning but was disappointed. Definitely bait and switch or just lots of filter and editing.

Been a lurker here for a long time on the Taipei thread and decided to share my recent experience as it's the first time I get to try out the higher-end KTVs in Taipei. Previously some years ago (2015/2016?) I got to try both 礼服店 and 便服店 in mid-tier KTVs and girls are mostly in the 4 to 6 range, probably 80% in the 4-5 range and the rest graded 6. I remember spending like close to S$800-S$900 per person for 5-6 hours of drinking (with 4-5 friends) and having a girl for the duration of the drinking session. I remember some girls offer BBBJ for S$80 or strip dance for S$10. I did not bring any girl out as it was pricey then ($500) and 10 years ago I don't have as much discretionary budget : ) Maybe some senior bros here can check on my recollections of the costs those days.

Fast forward 10 years later - recently I started traveling to Taipei for work again and a friend brought me to 3 different KTVs of which 1 is a 礼服店 and 2 are 便服店. I was told the 90% of the girls working in 礼服店 can go out and only about 10% of the girls working in 便服店 can go out. I first visited a 便服店 and my friend arranged specially with a 干部 to select a girl that I can bring out. She's definitely a girl graded 7-8, big natural boobs, tall (1.65M) and super teh.

My friends (4 of us) all had a girl each (all girls are marked) and we were at the place from 8:30pm till 2am. We had 4 bottles of whiskey (Glenlivet 18) and both the floor manager and 干部 came in to drink with us. The bill came up to about NTD22,000 for each guy (drinks + some simple food + ciggies) and I had to pay another NTD12,000 to bring the girl out. All moneys are paid to the KTV and girls are not paid more for tips or anything else. But you can give some transport tips to the girl if you like her attitude or service (I tipped mine NTD500). If you pay by card, they tag on another 18% (daylight robbery), so please bring enough cash.

This was the first time I brought a Taiwan XMM out and while it is really expensive, I enjoyed it very much (she's a screamer and rocker) and she stayed till 4am in the hotel with me. Basically, I learned that girls will rotate if you don't mark them and the KTV will keep bringing in girls to sit with you unless you tell them you do not want a girl anymore. Girl rates are NTD2,400 per hour and they typically sit 20 min with you before being rotated out. My friends had their regular girl or like the first that sat with them so the girls were all marked from get-go. My girl is marked even before I got to the KTV as my friend specially arranged it for me (like a coming out party when they learned I never brought Taiwan XMM out). Girls here are about 20 to 25 and graded 7 to 8.

On my next trip to TPE, my friend brought me to a 礼服店 where the girls all wore skimpy outfit (not bikinis but close enough). We were there from 7:30pm and left at 1am. I rotated through 3 girls before recalling my first girl and marking her. My friends also rotated several girls before settling on one. This round, my friend asked me to try the stripdance as only 礼服店 offers this service and I decided to try it. Basically for one song (about 3-4 min), they emptied the room for me and my girl, she danced, twirled and swirled around me before stripping down to only her G-strings. She grabbed my hands to fondle her nipples and kept grinding on my crouch (my friend said it's to tempt me to take her out - I was tempted but I took another girl out). The stripdance cost me NTD800 but it was good fun seeing how she worked her body on me. The lights came back on and we continued drinking and playing dice games. On the same trip, my friend brought me to another 便服店, this time I was told this place has lots of pretty girls but most of them are 小金鱼 meaning most (95%) of the girls do not go out. So the usual routine, we reached the place and told the gatekeeper the 干部's name and we were led to a room. Shortly after we decided on the drink (almost always GL18, didn't bother to ask why), the girls came in and sat with us. My girl was easily an 8 and I was quite happy with her but when her time was up, she was taken away as another guy offered to mark her. I was tempted to counter but my friend told me to chill it and say there are even prettier girls for me to see! So Ok, took my friend's word for it and waited for the next girl to come in. Girls here are about 18 to 24 and graded 8 to 9 (my friends said most of them in this KTV are prettier than air stewardesses and I agree with them).

So that concludes my recent KTV chionging in TPE while it is an extremely expensive affair, I really enjoyed every minute of it.

FYI -
1. Girls in 便服店 are more conservative and do not allow you to touch their breasts or kiss them, at the most you can hug them. Girls at 礼服店 are more liberal and I was busy tweaking and playing my girl's nipples almost the whole night at the KTV and she had no issues with it.
2. Their KTV song database really sucks... don't have many HK songs and they use characters to select songs while I am only familiar with hanyupinying
3. The bills are ALL IN - including tips for the 干部, floor managers, lead waiter, waiter/waitress, girls plus food plus ciggies we ordered. Of course you can tip the 干部 separately if you want to leave a good impression and he will definitely appreciate it.
