Two weeks ago I went to Vietnam for a week vacation. Spend most of the time in Hanoi area. Initially thought it is a dead place, however it was not too bad after all with a mix of VIP massage and Ladyboys.
1.) One needs to download Zalo and get an account there is a online verification process. this is important to communicate with anyone in Vietnam.
2.) After some extensive search I came across an active Telegram group where LB's from all over Vietnam advertise.

3) Grab is the best way to go around in Hanoi. I usually took Grab bike because it was much faster and more exciting ;-)
I had two LB's
Bon Bon a 20 yo Vietnamese LB. We met in a "Love Hotel". Quite an interesting experiencing. You go to the address / Get the key for the room and state how many hours / then you send a picture of the room key to your "date" / and she comes a few minutes later. We had a very good time / first took a bath in the jacuzzi then went on to the bedroom. There was no rush and it was a really enjoyable experience. time about 2h and cost ( all inclusive 100 SGD)
The other LB I had was Tien. She was a very young LB, barley 20. Very slim and cute. I asked her to come to my Hotel to stay over for the night. She had to register at the reception and we had an incredible night. ( Total cost 200 SGD including taxi and tip)
So overall Hanoi is not too bad, however judging from the telegram groups Saigon might have an even better selection.
I also went to some VIP Spa to have a relaxing experience with normal girls.
