As shared earlier, my experience (+friend), total 6 sessions between us, 2 of mine (RTF) and 1 of his were good, other 3 CMI, so 50% hit rate. So very lady dependent IMHO on the level of service you get but in general, they ask you to take longer courses (90 min) so that you have extra services (such as in Neko where only the King package the lady bathes WITH you, shorter courses she bathes FOR you outside the tub), but they generally try to end earlier and finish.
