Re: Vietnam - HCM (Thread 3)

I am not siding anyone but no one owes another person a good cheonging experience. You have been given lots of tips so that u don't wake up the next morning with your kidney missing. What u choose to do with the tips & info given is entirely up to u.

Someone PM'ed me to ask if he should just pay mutantchicken to get connected with the local WLs. My reply was "Thats up to u, if u need a translator."

Maybe MC can provide something that is missing to newbies and first-timer. I don't think it's right for me to break his rice bowl even if he has been constantly trying to discredit me here. I just have this to add. There is nothing he knows that isn't already public knowledge... if you can figure out Vietnamese.

But do use your common sense. There is no free lunch in this world. Someone who walks up to u with smiling face and wide open arms must want something from u. I have experienced this in my early days in VN... locals inviting me to their homes... pouring out their hearts... at the end of the day... they wanna borrow money or something.

I think this basically sums it up. I love VN for its culture, its great street food and ppl who are still genuinely nice especially those outside the city. There is much to learn if u are interested. But if u just want straight sex a few mins after u land, fly straight to BKK.
