If the sex worker's saliva is not washed off and proceed to put on condom for sex. How high is the risk of contracting HIV if its present in the saliva?

Antibodies and enzymes found in saliva naturally make HIV almost impossible to thrive and infect new cells.
That's why bbbj and kissing is considered low risk for hiv transmission unless there is a cut that body fluid can take place.

You can't get HIV or Aids from oral sex. Even penis into vagina with an HIV positive women. It is a 1 in 4000 chance of you getting HIV. HIV come from blood, and blood comes from anal sex. Don't have anal sex, with females or males. I'm an American nurse, so don't worry. But just use condoms, and get tested on a regular basis.

That is not true at all. Blood is but one of the many other body fluids that HIV can exist on in an infected individual.

As long as there's no open wounds inside her mouth and your penis, risk is rather low. Personally, BJ with cap is an insult to masculinity but is entirely up to you.

What nonsense Is this?? You sure you American nurse not America whore? Dont come here and give false information. HIV can be transmitted via oral even if it's a 1 in a million Chance.

If the receiver is HIV+, and the giver's has an open wound in the mouth. It will be much high risk.

Risk of HIV from BBBJ is super low and is more of a theoretical risk.

Also, HIV risk is increased when the partner is the giving one, not receiving and that is because of potential ulcers that may allow transmission but even then, the risk is super low.

Doesn't mean you don't use condom for BJ because getting other STDs is much higher from BBBJ.

Just caved for a bbbj from a ML on SLG and afterwards it hit me with the anxiety of all the STDs and all that (A bit of a dumb decision on my end since i always onyl do HJ). Any advice on what are the next steps I should take? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance 🙂
