There are many mscp which the top floors don't have cars. You can try parking your car near the wall or pillars and cover both of you nicely when you play outside. Can open the car door to further block other people from seeing. No need to worry about ventilation. :p

Which part of the carpark was you at? They didn't see you? That carpark quite small and the trees help to block other people from seeing. It's a very good spot for outdoor sex and the gantry deter cars from parking there overnight. I tried multiple times with my gf there as well.
