Errrrr very difficult to suggest, depends on a lot of factors. Examples, your F&B business will make u rich or just past time? What is the specialty of your business that the locals can't do? The list goes on....

For example, I always tell my friend, I want to retire n open a cafe... A cafe for me to make my own favor coffee. A place to meet new friends, a place for friends to gather. A cosy relax life for me to spend my day.

Year ends I am always in the mountain. :D

Bro naemlo, careful about coffee in north thailand. I cannot find a proper sock coffee in north and I tot hoseh liao... (I have experience in our traditional coffee) but then I notice something. Thai people don't taste coffee like we do... example like we know too sweet covers coffee aroma, too much milk become sour, etc... They don't taste it this way... all they want is sweet sweet milk a lot. If you are talking about those machine pressed coffee... CM too many liao... LOL

Bro, go taiwan night market walk walk and find some small desert learn to do. Go tesco take a small booth and start doing business. My wife try that before... not bad... can make a few hundred baht a day.

snow maybe not but at Doi Inthanon during year end get u -0 degree at the top of mountain, many khon Thai drive up during this period.

Which mountain pak? I sometime hide between 2 mountain during year end leh :D

Sock coffee have in CM but is those push cart type, taste too sweet and if ask for no/less sugar taste not nice too. Machine pressed cafe really too much in CM, price also very very competitive, dun know how the make money also. Overall I feel CM is best to spend money than to set up business thinking of making money. Personally saw few friends start and close food business in CM, I never want to get involve in any business, prefer to just be a customer :)

As mentioned, I am not into profitable and open a chain cafes. I just want to have a cozy cafe to meet new n regular friends. CM is 1 location but not definite.

hmm personally I find bacara girls prettier but the girls in crazy house seem more energetic. the last time I went crazy house, I was seated upstairs as it was too crowded downstairs. I see tons of people just fingering the girls there, myself included hehe. the girl even offered to go back with me for free, just need to pay barfine but I declined. thinking back that's dumb.
